META Verified is not a good option for support regarding Facebook and Instagram. The support team is not a true support team, it is a division of the Sales Department on Meta. Asking a question to Meta support will not result in any useful answers, or resolve any issues. Plus, the written chat version of support takes hours of your precious time, because agents are on multiple chats at once. And, if you actually get a voice call to resolve an issue, you will find that the agents barely speak English language well. Difficult communication, a lack of results mean that META support is useless. If you pay for a blue “verification checkmark” do not expect any support as a result. META is now 100% AI and is more problematic by the day.  2/25/2025
